Research & Development
From idea to technical concept: feasibility studies, evaluation of architectural alternatives, BOM cost estimation and system requirements definition. We work alongside our clients from the very earliest stages of the project.
Hardware Design
Schematic design, component selection with second sourcing, worst-case analysis, simulations and signal-integrity checks. Deliverables include complete schematics, BOM and production notes.
PCB Design
Multilayer layout, impedance control, thermal analysis, DFM and DFA. Experience on high-density, RF, power, flex and rigid-flex PCBs. All production files delivered with production notes and specifications.
Microcontrollers
Bare-metal and FreeRTOS firmware on ARM Cortex-M, Arduino and other platforms. Peripheral drivers, communication stacks and power management for battery-powered devices.
Software Design
Companion software for embedded products: configuration consoles, calibration tooling, web dashboards and cloud services. Modern stacks (TypeScript, Python, ecc.) with a focus on reliability and long-term maintainability.
Prototyping & Production
End-to-end supply-chain management: PCB vendors, EMS assemblers, functional test and end-of-line programming. A controlled path from prototype to pre-series to volume production.
